It is also known as TREAD RUBBER (Hot Process) . In this process, an unvulcanised strip is applied on the buffed casings of the tyre . This strip takes the pattern of the mould during the process of Vulcanization.

BONDING GUM : Available for 99C, 125C, and 150C operations. Our gum is made from 100% Natural Rubber to increase track. Available in customer specified sizes also. Different types of Gum are available for both Precured and Hot process. It can be used to fill nail holes and repair injured parts of casing.
