Yes. We can supply the Rubber Compound Sheets and ORBI TREAD as per your required dimensions. We manufacture the Compound for truck and Car tire retreading.

Yes. We can make any designs in any sizes as per your requirements within a month from the date of confirmed order. You name it and we will give it.
4. What is the lead time you require for dispatching the materials?
We can dispatch the materials within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the confirmed order.
5. What is the minimum Order for LP branded Treads ?
There is no minimum order specified by LP. However, it will be more advisable and economical for the buyer to place bulk order as it will reduce the transportation cost per unit.
6. Can You supply the buffed and solution backed Precured Treads ?
Yes. We can supply the materials as per your requirements. The solution backed Precured Treads are generally supplied to European countries, USA, South East Asia and Pacific Islands.
7. What is approximate life of the retread tyre?
The life of retreaded tyre depends on several factors such as :
a.The roads you drive on
b.the Condition of the Vehicle
c.the driving habits However, road tests have showed that under the similar conditions, LP Treads obtain better mileage than other treads in its class.
8. Am I required to take any precautions to prevent my tyres from wearing out prematurely?
a. Make sure that the tyres are inflated to the correct pressure.
